St Michel 暫時是我至愛的MOUSSE CAKE. 焦糖蘋果,微甘的焦糖MOUSSE和齒頰流香的杏仁肉桂薄蛋糕,還有微酸甜的焦糖蘋果,加起來是很高雅含蓄的口味.(口味高雅含蓄的是蛋糕,不是我哪)
如果沒有CHAIRLADY,我想我還在Mango cheese cake, blueberry cheese cake....標題的"HALF"當是向她致敬:P

講到我口水流
I made the cookies at a pastry kitchen but you can also make them at home - This is what I mean in the heading. This is also the theme of the movie, Ratatouille - every one can cook, given that you have the passion and there are right ingredients and appropriate utensils and tools.
I could make 9 assortments in 3 hours because I got sufficient equipment there, just an example - enough trays. Planning was also important when I made 9 assortments in one occasion.
