Bavaroise and Raspberry Mousse



甚麼?你得罪過我?
那麼你可以放心了
憑這樣的刀工,即使我乘你好夢正酣,用刀瞄準你的心臟,最後也只能使你皮外傷....

1st layer: White chocolate decoration, mirror with raspberry puree
2nd layer: Raspberry mousse
3rd layer: Lady finger soaked by krish syrup
4th layer: Bavaroise, frozen raspberries
5th layer: Raspberry mousse
6th layer: Lady finger soaked by krish syrup
