Citrus Sacher


七時下班後去了買菜,scale down recipe,開工焗類似GALETTE的超脆杏仁條餅底,斬瓜切菜醃肉出爐做MOUSSE埋餅開鑊,共1 3/4小時,還是不見有人還.雪櫃裡的魚還要不要蒸啊.唉.

-Grapefruit Chocolate Mousse


-Crunchy Dough with Silvered Almond, Orange and Lemon Zest


-Sacher Sponge Cake

[版主回覆08/30/2008 16:29:00]Sacher sponge cake 是一天前焗好的,杏仁脆餅底則類似批底,麵團做好了放在冰格.我回家只是焗脆餅底,做MOUSSE,埋MOUSSE而已.
