蘋果果醬與綠萼Marmalade

很喜歡與蘋果有關的任何的甜品.儘管減了食譜中40%的糖份.這果醬還是甜了些.還是帶甘苦的西柚香橙Marmalade合我口味.

我以前不愛蘋果批, 人越大, 越鍾意. 仲好鍾意肉桂味. 所以都想做肉桂蘋果果醬, 或肉桂無花果.

樽入面既係肉桂? 蘋果同肉桂既味道好match呀, 又可以試下整啦.

唔好意思留多次言... 綠萼真係好多謝你平日無私分享咁多包包recipe. 真係好方便. 我整左蕃薯包啦. 但唔知我係份量唔夠定係我唔記得要焗軟蕃薯問題, 無乜蕃薯香. 但我會再試. 多謝哂!!
