平安夜


今年第一年在自己的家過平安夜.

之前去了北京幾天,實在有點累.有五天沒有見狐狸,他又忙著幫忙好朋友的婚禮,平安夜晚七時多,我們去了買牛扒,紅酒,沙律,魚生,焗薯,做了簡單而豐富的晚餐.

 

煎牛扒之前特別急CALL亞堅和大師,請教煎牛扒和焗薯如何做.初入伙時,狐狸也煎過牛扒給我吃,是十成熟;現在有了大師和亞堅教路,當然無往而不利~

 

今年認識了好多愛烘焙下廚的好朋友,是大豐收的一年.

Meimei, 哪有甚麼賣相可言啊~不是不教你,我們也是亂來已~牛扒只是用少許欖橄油,海鹽,黑椒,香草,兩面煎香,按下去還有少許彈力代表不是熟透. 我們用比雞蛋大些的美國新薯,切半,加些欖橄油,海鹽,黑椒,香草,用錫紙包裹,180度焗約45分鐘至熟透.

I will bake the steak in the ovan instead of cook it on the pan. Place it on a alum. sheet and bake it for about 15mins under medium heat. Keep turning it for every 5 mins. No oil is required. It tastes good and juicy. Try it next time. It is great to see you enjoy the life with Fox at your sweet HOME. Happy New Year and happy life living with your love.
