Chocolate Batard

今次加入70g老麵,並用全高筋粉製作.
久久沒有在家裡做包,做一個香香軟軟的"細路仔包"給狐狸做早餐.
很喜歡這個樸拙的造型.焗完很久,屋裡還是一股朱古力香麵包香.
